The AeroGarden is a wonderful device that automates your growing and results in an ongoing supply of produce. The AeroGarden comes with everything you need to start a small herb garden including seeds and fertilizer.
The small version of the AeroGarden® has the footprint of a
breadbox and is sized to fit conveniently under most cabinets. The
AeroGarden® measures 16" long by 10 1/2" wide by 15 1/2" high when it
is first set up with the lights at the lowest possible setting, and 21"
high at the highest level. So keep that in mind. There is a larger version of this that has more wattage and a higher light level.
The front panel has lights that indicate when it's time to add water and fertilizer. It's fool proof!
This is a great introduction to aeroponics for the beginner to learn how it works.

I have all pods filled with feminized seeds, about 5 days into growing and the seed is breaking but it looks like they are burning and some look like they are falling over. I have the setting on herbs/basil. Plus i am putting in the liquid form of nutrients. Help Please!!

Im currently in my 3rd week of flowering and everything is goin great. Even tho i used the AG light hood to veg; i decided to flower with a 400W hps to try to achive better yield results than otherwise would with the AG light. So in about a month (maybe more) ill tell ya how good it turns out.
AeroGarden Posted by IneEd$ on 2009-03-16 17:56:25 My Score: I have the larger aerogarden it was so simple to set up for weed cultivation all u have to do is remove the seeds from the moss pods and stick your pot seeds in them fill the garden with room temp water that has sat out for a day or 2 then set your garden light for 12 hours on and 12 off and in a few weaks they will start coming up add a nutrient tablet here and their and trim

Also the herb garden did not do well at all. In fact I had to throw them all away they were so puny. I like the concept, It just needs to work better.

All you need to do isplant your feminized seeds or take cutting and plant them directly into the aero garden, they take really fast! In just a few short months you will be presented with a pretty nice crop. that is... for 2 1/2 - 3 foot tall plants n.n
